The worst experience Hotel I have had , very dirty room with hair in the bed in the floor and in the toilet , the sheets were not clean , also the pillows have marks of dirty , bad smell in the rooms and hotel . The emplacement is very far from the heart of the city and not calm at all !!! The service is 0 ? Since we never had an answer for my claim from the hotel neither from expedia !!! That didnt do any effort since we had reserved 3 nights and only stayed one night and abandoned the hotel because of the bad conditions and never get a refund of those nights i didnt stay and expedia didnt do anything for us !!! So really bad experience with the hotel and with expedia !!!! Dont go to this hotel and dont reserve anymore with expedia !! Disappointing

Definitely a one star hotel, however, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal. Easy walk from the train station, into town and to restaurants. Our only complaint was the difficulty trying to access the building from the street.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I stay in Rome once a month for business, I book through Expedia and stay at multiple locations. This hotel did not give me the access code they promised (because they have very limited check in times) so i could not gain access to the building and therefore the room I paid for. After several attempts to contact them I eventually gave up and booked another hotel, fully expecting that they would of course refund the booking. They REFUSED, on top of which Expedia replied to my request for the booking to be credited (as I book through them every month) by saying "we asked the hotel for a refund and they said no" sorry. Absolutely unacceptable! (Oh and by the way I work in hospitality)

Pro’s. Location. 10 Minute walk from Termini Station. There is a metro station outside and a tram stop about 3 minutes’ walk away. 20 minute walt to the Colosseum. Small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops on your doorstep. Cons. Internet. 300 Mbp in the corridor but on 3 in the room. Coverage is patchy. No English TV channels provided but a Firestick was available attached to the TV in the room This is a basic hotel, rooms were cleaned every day. 2 Bottles of water left every day. Tea and coffee making facilities provided and a fridge. Air-con worked great. Don’t let the 1 star put you off.

Would have been higher but they do not have check in after 6:40. We waited for almost 1 hour no one came. They sent an email telling us that physical check in after cost additional which is fine and we are willing to pay but no one was there. Wasted 1 day and paid another hotel. It is also hard to enter, you need multiple door bells before you can get in.

When in Rome do as Romans do, great place to stay in the middle of all the action just don’t expect a five star hotel. Good hotel with excellent staff just not all the bells and whistles of an “American” hotel. Still it is well priced considering the proximity to a lot of tourist sites. I would recommend this hotel to if you want to save some money and yet stay in a great location while traveling to Rome.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced and my fault for a last-minute travel change booking without doing my normal research! On check-in I asked the clerk about the filthy, unkept, surrounding area of drunks and addicts sleeping it off his response was “So what” that summarizes it up perfectly! In summary I travel with hefty bags and I discarded all of my garments and bought new luggage. My only regret is I can’t post my morning check-out photo

Perfect, except local area

Bad/dangerous part of Rome and a little hard to find but otherwise perfect. I would not travel in this area at night as a woman or group of women. Ideal location for travel to Rome landmarks and very close to main train station

The property was close to Roma Termini so was convenient, the room was clean and neat but, very congested. And the aircon doesn't work. When we told the staff about it, they said that it was usual. Even after dropping the temp to 16deg it was very hot and my child could not sleep properly for the 2 nights. Expedia should consider the apartments being advertised through your platform. Makes customers like us think twice about reliability and peace of mind.
