The location of Hotel Prati is excellent; it is close to many good restaurants, the Vatican, Ottaviano Metro station (for access to Rome Termini station and trains to the airport). The staff was very welcoming and pleasant and the included breakfast was generous and very good . The room I had was cosy, clean and nicely decorated. I would stay there again.

It is just 10 min easy walk from piazza S. Pietro and the Vatican, it allows you to check in late (has staff on site). The room was small but perfect for my need, hot water, tv, breakfast. Everything was great. Very happy with the stay.

The location is very good. It is very close to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican. In via Crescenzio where the hotel is located there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and if you want to do some shopping. The reception staff is very friendly and attentive and the cleaning person does it very well. It is a simple hotel, well located well in a safety area. Normal Italian breakfast, bread, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices

Overall service from the front desk was very good. Breakfast wasn’t great. Not really nothing to eat except croissants. The room needed upgrades very badly. The area was excellent as far as everything within walking distance for restaurants, shopping. My overall experience being in Italy for the first time was great. Staff very helpful. Fillipi made sure his replacement for the end of his shift was ok because he was not feeling well. I say this is because when staff care for each other then you can tell how they will treat you.
