We travelled with our young adult children so stayed in one of the quad rooms (4 single beds). The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was convenient to Roma Termini 5 min walk. It is in a noisy area, so if you want the windows open be prepared for the noise. There was a simple breakfast served every morning. Lastly staff were friendly and helpful.

Our bathroom was moldy and the door handle was broken. I asked to be moved to a different room but they said they were full so I requested a refund and would have booked elsewhere, but Joseph at the front desk refused and said I’d have to talk to the manager in the morning. This was at about 4:30pm.

Spacious Room but tiny shower area. Breakfast not good at all, no Toast or breads, no fruits, no option to even reheat your food, worst hot chocolate. Small lift to fit 2 persons, 3 hotels in same building sharing same lift. Very good Location, just 5 mins away from Roma Termini. We got very good deal at around €75 a night, so it was worth that price. Overall an average hotel in good location.

This hotel is very close to the Rome Termini train station. It was very quiet, clean & had a good continental breakfast overseen by a very helpful employee. If the somewhat lumpy mattress was replaced it would get an increased rating.

We booked this hotel as it stated check in was at 12 noon. When we got there we were told we had to wait until 1 pm because they were still cleaning and it is not always ready at 12 pm. This hotel also shared space with a few other hotels and the elevator was very small and slow. There was no ac in the reception or waiting area only in the rooms. We booked 2 rooms, one was very old and small, run down and the other was modern and clean. Also the building / area is not the same as the picture on Expedia. They also wanted us to leave the keys to our room if we were leaving the hotel and going for sightseeing as their keys were special for the room and if lost they would have issues to get new keys. This really did not sit well with us and one of us stayed back.
