Great place! Very clean and people who work there are supper friendly and fun. They greeted me with an espresso and had really helpful hints about what to see in Rome and how transportation works there. Of course there was a wonderful breakfast in bed.

The suite was wonderful for our very last night in Roma. The owner or overnight person went out his way to make sure we were comfortable during check in and even made a to go bag of pastries since we left early morning. I wished I had a longer stay with this hotel the very first night I had arrived in Italy. Ciao!

Not what I was expecting, but not in a bad way. I didn't realize when I booked it that it was on the 5th (or 6th floor for those from the US), but the building had an elevator, so not too bad... Until the elevator broke. Thankfully it broke during our stay and not at the beginning or end otherwise, lugging our suitcases up 6 flights of stairs would have been a killer. The hotel did mention that if it wasn't fixed by the time we left, they had people who would carry out luggage down (or up if we were checking in) but thankfully it didn't come to that. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Guiseppe at the front desk was fantastic and helpful. The breakfast that they served each morning was just right to start each day, a croissant, fresh juice and your choice of coffee, perfection. The only things that were a little odd, were the fact that you have to leave the room key with the front desk each time you leave, and the tiny bathrooms. I'm not tall, and my knees hit the wall in front of me when I sat on the toilet, my cousin who is 5'7" had to sit sideways. The shower was also tiny and sometimes would run out of hot water, which in November was torture for whichever of us showered last. Overall though, a solid 4 star experience.

The people working the reception area are exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit older and the shower is smaller, but everything functioned properly and we slept well and felt very safe. The elevator wasn't running in the morning, which made it slightly difficult as we had 5 people, 4 elderly with suitcases going down 5 flights of stairs, but we got down ok.

Hotel was near the train, which is what we were looking for. Was clean and satisfactory for a one night stay. Check is on the 5th floor. A small one person lift is available, so if you have multiple people or luggage. Consider leaving someone in the lobby and sending a scout up to check in first. Our room was on the first floor of the building and was an odd interior room with a window facing an industrial courtyard. Worked for our one night stay. Staff was courteous and brought breakfast to our room on time and as expected. Would not recommend for an extended stay.
