We chose Hotel Grifo for its central location and reasonable price, and we were delighted with our choice. The staff were always accomodating, friendly and spoke multiple languages. We upgraded to a balcony room, which was delightful. The Hotel is spotless, the breakfast options are good, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean and quite large for Rome. My only complaint was the mattress was very firm and I had trouble sleeping, but my partner slept quite well. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they were an excellent resource for touring Rome.

The top top location within 20-25 min walk to every important places and attractions. It is right in the district I where you still can find local authentic restaurants and trattorias! If you do not expect too much from an old 3 star hotel and use it only to sleep at - then you will feel the real Rome vibes around!!

If i could give this hotel and staff a 10 star i would. The staff was amazing!!!!! I made the mistake of not reading the fine print that we were actually in the Annex building. But Allan came to the rescue. He fixed it all for us. Gave us a room in the hotel that was ready to go as we were very early. The fee was very fair for this and we were so pleased. I would definitely stay here again and again. Marley was another staff member that went beyond to make sure we got to enjoy the opera. I could go on and on how wonderful our stay was here. it was the perfect ending to our holiday. WE LOVED THE GRIFO!!!

We really loved our stay at Hotel Grifo and would highly recommend. Easily walkable to all main attractions whilst still being in a quiet enough area where we weren’t disturbed by noise or big crowds. The hotel is also surrounded by lots of great restaurants making evenings easy. I also cannot fault the staff who were always so friendly whenever we passed through and so keen to help and offer advice/recommendations. Breakfast was great with good coffee, pastries and a couple of hot options too.

Fantastic hotel 5⭐️

Hotel Grifo was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, the hotel is in a fantastic location very close to a lot of the main tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, when we arrived we were given a map and the girl showed us the easiest ways to get to the main tourist spots and recommended restaurants and places to see. I would definitely recommend hotel grifo and would stay there again next visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
