The room was very nice, staff were very friendly, it is quire expensive , we booked a superior room which only had a coffee machine. I am a tea drinker and could not get a tea in the afternoon as "kitchen was closed". recommend having a kettle in the room for those who do not drink it or have it available during the day.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect, easy to control, and adjusted to our preferences. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect to visit the Vatican City, and within walking distance of the metro. The staff was very attentive and provided great dinner suggestions. A great location and a must-visit when visiting the area around the Vatican!

The hotelwas very good and clean. I chose this one for the fact was close to Vatican and St. Peter 's Basilica. For us was a few minituse to walk. There were several restaurants around to choose. Excelet service and location. Will choose again if travel back to Rome.

Property is clean, dining and shopping are just outside the hotel.Marika and the other two gentlemen in the front desk were all very helpful, housekeepers were all very nice except for the other front desk lady who works in the early evening that was very rude. I aproached and politely asked her a question,she was very rude, even banging the side door as she closed it. I politely asked her name and her answer was "am I in trouble"? I wrote her name in a piece of paper but lost it, i think her name has the letter M and V. This is a 4 star hotel. Service is a little bit lacking for what you pay for in my opinion. I have stayed in 3 to 5 star hotels during my travels, and my expectations are based on how much I paid. you are better off staying somewher else.

The thermostat in the room we stayed in did not work, I couldn't adjust the temperature, they gave us a fan but it was still hot in the room....i complained on the first day to see if they can fix it, but they gave us a fan instead...

We loved our stay at this Hotel. It was a good location, close to the Vatican and other attractions. It was easy to get around and the atmosphere was great. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and very helpful. We will stay there again next time we travel to Rome.
