My husband and I (in our 60’s) stayed in double room for 2 nights at Hotel Ciao and were happy with it. Staff helpful. Spacious, quiet room. Hotel and neighborhood felt safe. Across the street from the train/metro station so great base for sightseeing but also easy to walk to many attractions. Easy to catch early Leonardo Express train to Rome airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow! We had a really great experience with this hotel. The receptionist was such a lovely lady who spent a lot of time giving us pointers on how best to explore the city. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and was very responsive to our questions throughout. The room was clean and the property was well-maintained. I truly did not except that exceptional of an experience. The location is also VERY convenient. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property.

This place is fantastic. Charming. Immaculately clean and incredibly close to the Roma Termini station. Great and safe location. Excellent access to stores and shops and food. The staff was incredibly accommodating and we have no hesitation in recommending it. Would absolutely stay again.

The hotel is close to the train station, which is convenient, and if you're ok with walking to the monuments it's safe. Don't recommend walking East from the hotel after dark though. Staff was excellent, very helpful!

The woman at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was pretty basic but clean. We were so busy to see the sites it didn’t matter to us. The location is great and a very short walk across the street to the train station and subways.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. However, if you are expecting a hotel with a regular lobby/reception, you might be surprised. The building is accessed through a regular door and reception is on the 2nd floor. Most importantly, there are stairs to the elevator, so if you have heavy bags that might be a problem (staff was helpful in helping us up).
