The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from the Capanelle Station. Its one stop away from Termini on the regional train, about 8-10 minutes away. Pretty good restaurant on property. I ate there almost every night. Would repeat.

We stayed here for a gig at Rock in Roma. It’s out of central Rome but perfect for the gig and why we chose it. The pool is very much a bonus to cool down too. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. Thank you

The room was very clean. Pool area was well look after. The water in the pool was clean and warm (July) The internet is not working from our room. Only work downstairs. The area was pretty much in the middle of nowhere. We were struggling to find a restaurant within walking distance. Also we can hear people talking from outside our room. It was so bad that it’s interrupted our sleep. Supermarket at 5min walking 8/20.30. 35min to city center ( 551/118 and Metro ). A/C was good but windows closed. Breakfast to simple for 10€.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room itself was in unacceptable condition: the surfaces were dusty, the furniture was old, worn, and in some cases damaged, and several plug sockets were loose, which felt unsafe. The bathroom was no better — clearly outdated, and the basin took an age to drain, making basic use frustrating. The facilities didn’t redeem the experience either. The swimming pool was far smaller than advertised and, shockingly, full of hair at the bottom. The service was equally poor. The front desk staff were rude, inefficient, and completely unhelpful when I raised concerns. At no point did I feel welcomed or supported as a guest. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Given the condition of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness, and the unprofessional staff, I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Don’t let the bad reviews scare you off. Lobby, bar and rooms are all clean. Pool area is cleaned regularly and the water is pristine. Beds are hard, pillows are thin. I slept fine though! Staff are friendly and helpful. Safes in the room, empty minibar and air conditioning works. Would definitely stay again.

Not as good in as out…

The outside looks great, staff is nice, but we had housekeeping walk in on us twice (no knock, knock and unlock immediately) that caused a bit of embarrassment. Also the outside and lobby looks great but the room had issues for repair such as wallpaper splitting and water damage in the bathroom.
