Great location in Rome. Located very close to the Rome terminal. Shuttle bus wasn't available or at least difficult to get a hold of when you arrive at the airport. Air condition was great. Clean room. But Staff was inconsistent in regards to giving instructions. But overall a good experience.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, but upon arrival, nothing was working—including the toilet, Wi-Fi, and shower. I asked to leave that same day, and the next day I had to book a different hotel. I want a refund because the service was terrible; there are better-quality hotels at more affordable prices in the same area. The hotel facilities are very outdated; it isn't worth the price charged online.

This is a no-frills hotel, which would satisfy the need to get a reasonably good bed in a safe and reasonably convenient neighbourhood in Rome, at an affordable rate. Good if you go to Rome for intense, all day tourism activities. My room was clean, bathroom was renovated, space was ok for European hotel standards, good air and sun, and not noisy, despite the fact that it looked over the street. Building is 3 blocks from the Termini train station, one block from the metro station that goes to the Colosseum, and you can walk to the Forum/Trevi in about 35 minutes, if that is your thing. Overall it is a good deal if you keep realistic expectations.
