Well, if you reserve this hotel thru Expedia, check the rate and make sure breakfast included. I reserved this hotel thru Expedia and with the rate I paid, breakfast is NOT included. And if I have a breakfast there, they will charge me 25 Euro per breakfast, while I could get 6-9 Euro breakfast from the cafe around. Of course I DID NOT have a chance to have a breakfast there, and it was not happy at all.

Our stay was excellent at Maison Roma piazza di Spagna. The location is tucked away in a side street between Piazza Del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. Its a charming street dotted with art galleries and interesting shops. The staff was exceptional! The breakfast offerings were varied and plentiful! Our whole experience was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend it! No complaints!

Great location for 'Roman Holiday' fans

The location is absolutely the greatest, just a 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The people at reception were so helpful, especially Annalisa and Samira. However, the room is not comfortable. It looks good and modern, but has only 2 small drawers for our things, but lots of hangers. The bathroom was tiny and designed for people over 6 ft. We could not reach the towels placed on the rack, and needed to stand on a chair to take them down. There was just no room to hang our clothes and towels.

Wonderful stay at Maison Roma Piazza di Spagna. The location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk to major attractions and right in the heart of the designer shopping district, yet tucked away on a beautiful street that stays very quiet at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was available, though we chose to eat out to explore local cafés. The standout was definitely the location – it couldn’t be better for exploring Rome while still enjoying a peaceful night’s rest. We would happily stay here again

The staff were amazing, so helpful. The hotel itself is situated in what i believe is the most stunning street in Rome. Peaceful, beautiful and so close to the Spanish Steps and other places of interest. the courtyard garden is a lovely secluded spot to enjoy a drink.
