Hotel and room was clean. Staff were helpful. Room was spacious. No tea or coffee in the room. 5 minute walk to Laurentina metro station. About 30 minutes to city/Termini station. Breakfast was very good and had wide variety. Restaurant was also good for dinner. Our only concern was that we were provided with a type of room that was not in line with my booking and the staff said they were fully booked.

I really loved the hotel and will recommend it to my family! The Breakfast was amazing! My room was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly! Love that everything is near by! The metro, the bus station, shops and restaurants and taxis. Located in an excellent area. I will stay here again when I visit Rome in the future! Excellent hotel!

Thermostat when I arrived in the room was reading 27 degrees, after 3 days of having the AC set to cold it only got down to 23 degrees. Food was average at breakfast and dinner. The gym equipment was extremely old - 90s style equipment packed away in a small room in the basement with no AC. The room didn’t come with an iron or ironing board so I was forced to send my clothes off to dry cleaning just to iron them. The area around the hotel is more of a business district and if for some reason, like we experienced, it’s either raining or the tram into the city is shut down you are virtually stuck in the district as the taxis can be extremely unreliable that far out of town, there are very few options to go for dinner in the area as well.

The hotel was just about adequate in most areas, however, some areas that really pulled it down include significant dust in the room, and terrible breakfast. There was a thick layer of dust on the coffee machine and the desk. Whatever abomination they were serving in place of scrambled eggs should not exist. It neither looked nor tasted anything like egg and must have been the powdered stuff. The rest of the breakfast spread was average. I was surprised there was no iron to use, even when asking at reception, given the proximity to conference centre and business district.
