Aftenen før vi skulle ankomme sender jeg en mail blot for at sikre, at alt er i orden og efterspørger samtidig info for indtjekning. Her modtager jeg efterfølgende en mail, at stedet er overbooket og vi ingen værelse har. Havde jeg ikke taget kontakt, var den information ikke givet til os, og vi havde stået der ved ankomst. Vi blev lidt presset for at finde et nyt overnatningssted.
