We had a two- stories appartment, the kids loved the second floor with a big bed. The property is beautiful, clean, centrally located. We only had one night, will definitely consider book again next time in Rome. The breakfast though, is less interesting, being in a restaurant outside with limited choice.

Stunning charachter property, perfect for an overnight stay. Marco was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location of the property was easy to find and so close to everything. It was mine and my mother's first time in Italy, and it couldn't have been any more perfect. We will definitely be returning!

The room was good but was not a fan of the packet of soaps/shampoos and no conditioner plus the towel were a bit rough. The host was responsive to our needs and has good respond time. Overall, for the price you are paying compare to the other expensive hotel, if you need a place to sleep for a good price you can come here.

Very rude and arrogant staff - else is ok. Rooms not as per photos, no advertised breakfast. We never met receptionist which later explained they never seen us :) we not coming to stay in hotels - we leaving and coming back in late evening hours. My feedback- be nice and others will be nice to you!

This stay overall all was ok. As my aunt and mother arrived before me around check in time, the room was still not turned over or cleaned .This was a super inconvenient for my family since they were tired from travel and had to wait another 1.5 hours to access the room. The breakfast was really nice to have every morning and staff was warm and helpful. The outlets were dysfunctional and the bathroom was not in great condition which caused us to wake up with low batteries and required extra charging through the day.

Loved our stay would go back tomorrow if I could. The staff texted me with friendly directions the morning of our check in and responded to my questions quickly and kindly. The property is walkable to everything we wanted to see. The building/room were beautiful and serene. The breakfast is not to be missed-truly. I have rarely enjoyed a stay anywhere so much.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect – close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Roma!

Great and very charming roms with upgraded bathrooms. Located in walking distance to all major sites. If you need a break from Italian food, the Chinese restaurant next door had excellent and cheap food. The breakfast was in the Pattiserie next door. Great coffee and fresh orange juice with croissants 👍
