We really liked the family room that we booked. It was good sized with lots of bedding options and the deck was huge. The only thing missing were a couple of wine glasses to give a proper last toast to Italy.

It was wonderful! The only challenge was that the wifi was not strong enough to complete 1-on-1 zoom calls for work. Marina and Luigi were exceptional and the location was perfect! I will stay there again!

This was the easiest check in and stay of our trip. We were delayed due to traffic. This was NO problem and we were greeted and shown our room. It was close to the airport and in an area of many restaurants. The Best part was the shuttle to the airport was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

This guest house is located very close to the FCO airport, and they offer a shuttle in the morning for a reasonable price that we were able to take at 6am. The staff is very kind and the room was lovely and very spacious. We even had our own front yard with our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guest house is near Ostia Antica if you are interested in archaeological sites. It is also very close to the beach if the weather is nice. There are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby.
