The staff was friendly and proactive, even before our arrival, and made a real effort to ensure we had a good experience. The room was on the smaller side but perfectly acceptable. We stayed 2-nights in the 2BD/2BA, Executive Suite. Pros: The property was clean, spacious and in a very convenient location, with shopping/dining on the same street and tourist attractions nearby. Making it a perfect place to stay when needing space and convenience. Our host, Allessandra was great, as she addressed all of our inquiries in a timely manner. They offer hotel/airport transfer for a fee, and it worked out great for us. Cons: Bathroom had a strong sewer smell and there was no microwave. This would have been an issue for us, if we were staying for a longer period of time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
