I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment in Rome, and it was a great experience. The apartment's location is incredibly convenient—, walkable distance to the Vatican. . Additionally, it's surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The spartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!

We had to book last minute when there was problems with our other hotel. The owners accommodated us and made the transition as stress free as possible for a family traveling with kids. This was our kids favourite stay on our entire trip. The location was perfect for the metro and the Vatican. Shopping and food right outside. I would stay here again. It has a lift and the dead bolt was the most secure dead bolt I have ever seen! lol. Definitely felt safe.

Clean and lovely in Rome

Just around the block from a subway stop and a few blocks from the Vatican museum. Very relaxed, clean and comfortable. Our hostess met us at check-in and gave lots of sight-seeing recommendations, drawing directions on a map. Breakfast is self-serve with a full kitchen at your disposal should you want to prepare yourself something more involved than “continental”. Nice restaurant just downstairs has nice atmosphere and food for lunch/dinner. We used the airport transfer service for 50 euro. (Excellent) and would not recommend driving yourself in Rome.

Very convenient location, Metro stop right around the corner, 5 min walk to Vatican Museum. Room is quiet and artistically decorated. Juliana is very hospitable, offers helpful tips and recommendations for food, attractions and transportations. She helped us arranged FCO airport pickup to B&B in the evening. €50 door to door service w a very nice passenger van for 3 of us and big luggages.

Great self serve coffee throuout the day. Smallish bathroom, but adequate. Welcoming reception, and great location for Vatican, castle and metro. Elevator in building, and good resteraunt near by.

Our original BnB overbooked, we were given some options by Orbitz and selected this property. Please be aware that even though it’s a BnB it operates more like an apartment, you wash your own dishes, and select food to eat from the refrigerator or pantry. The hosts are excellent and very helpful, it’s just not what we expected.

It was a pleasure meeting Julianna and Alessandro and their youngest baby! We took a food tour with "Real Local Food Experience" that came recommended and it was GREAT other pluses, coffee bar and light breakfast at this B&B, need to get your hair done? Salon across the street is excellent, restaurant next door won't disappoint, walking distance to Vatican, subway, and many places of interest. I would stay here again!

Brilliant location and lovely helpful host

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Alessandro the host was very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant for the Vatican and a 20 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, so all very walkable.

the location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were touring the Vatican area. we were able to check in early as requested as we were rushing to see the Pope on the Sunday when we arrived. there was a variety of snacks available during the day and there was yoghurt, cheese, ham, juices, cereals, bread available for breakfast and even during the day and there was gourmet coffee available throughout our stay as well as a variety of tea choices. great stay! room was clean and though bathroom was small it was also clean.

Gli Artisti B&B is based in a large building a long way back from the street so it is unbelievably quiet and peaceful. The owner Alessandro is helpful and when we arrived he took time to show us the best places to see, eat, catch buses etc. He also booked us tours for the Colosseum and the Vatican. The breakfast area was a few steps away from our bedroom so we could just pop out and help ourselves to drinks etc. It also gave me somewhere to sit whilst my daughters were going off to sleep. A great B&B and excellently located for visiting the Vatican.
