Located on the first floor, it features a comfortable double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a living room, a large open kitchen, and a spacious small terrace. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (one of which is a Smart TV), air conditioning in every room, heating, a refrigerator, a gas oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle for tea, a fire extinguisher, and a complimentary amenity kit.

We are located in the Gianicolo area, just a short walk from the Trastevere nightlife district, where you’ll find numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy a pleasant evening.
In addition, the apartment is very well connected by public transportation; the No. 75 bus stops right next to the property and takes you to Termini Station, the Circus Maximus, and the Colosseum. Vatican City is just a short walk away and can be reached on foot and/or by public transportation. Our neighborhood is surrounded by greenery, including some of Rome’s most beautiful parks, such as Villa Pamphili, Villa Sciarra, and the Gianicolo. Every Sunday, the historic Porta Portese market is within walking distance.

This cozy apartment is entirely at guests’ disposal and perfectly comfortable for two people. It also features a sofa bed that easily transforms the space from a living area into a comfortable sleeping area, allowing it to accommodate up to four people. Parking is free in the area.
