Alessia was excellent at communication and so gracious. The apartment was excellent, clean, comfortable and the beds were great. Enjoyed our stay. It is a straight road to the Vatican. And the #23 bus which comes to just the right of the block…will take you to just outside the gates of the Vatican in 10 mins. Alessia is such a good host, quick to respond and provide answers.

Room was small. Toilet would run when you use shower or wash your hands in sink. No one at front desk to help with questions. Lady was nice that did let us on property. I wish there had been someone to ask about tours, etc. you have to be able to figure out things on your own. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Owner did have transfer called for us so we could travel to cruise port. I guess I expected more.

The memory foam bed was incredible, and having a smart TV to watch our own Netflix was a definite bonus. The only downsides were the shower (the temperature was inconsistent and leaked), and the noise from upstairs. Having breakfast would also be ideal, but the location is close enough for restaurant options.

The women who owns this place is really nice, and it is pretty, but the people on the floor above the hotel space were SOOOOOO noisy. You could hear the kids dumping toys on the floor, banging on the floor...I'm sure they were playing,(with a plastic hammer) but not what you would expect in a nice hotel. Every time one turns on a water faucet, there is a bullfrog noise that repeats over and over until the faucet is turned off - shower included.
