The women who owns this place is really nice, and it is pretty, but the people on the floor above the hotel space were SOOOOOO noisy. You could hear the kids dumping toys on the floor, banging on the floor...I'm sure they were playing,(with a plastic hammer) but not what you would expect in a nice hotel. Every time one turns on a water faucet, there is a bullfrog noise that repeats over and over until the faucet is turned off - shower included.

Clean modern room in central location, walking distance to Vatican. Front desk not staffed, which complicates check-in. Pump in bathroom (for drainage of toilet & shower) is noisy, especially at night.
