Excellent accomodations! Great room, EXCELLENT breakfast, HELPFUL front desk staff. We stayed on 4th floor next to the icean view roof top patio, while ideal for off season, I would imagine it would be loud when the rooftop patio is in use during the high season(the bedroom window opens to the patio)

Traveled to Rome for the first time and toured the city two days before. Staff at this hotel was phenomenally awesome the property in the rooms were clean. The staff even hooked our shuttle up from the hotel to the port to catch our cruise. I would recommend this place 1000%.
