This was a brilliant find - near the centre of everything you want to see in Rome but also cool, quiet (for Rome) and peaceful. Staff were friendly and contactable at all times, room was spotless and spacious for a city centre property. Would stay again 100%!

We loved our stay at this property! It was the perfect base location to walk to all the major attractions like Colosseum, Pantheon, etc. the made to order breakfast was wonderful! Had issues with booking/check in mix up between communication of hotel and Hotels .com and we were harassed about paying for a 3rd night we weren’t staying. Rooms smelled and were tiny. Marking/ ease of finding was terrible. No real amenities.

We were quite disappointed in our stay after reading such good reviews. We tried to use the tub and turned on the jets and very nasty gunk came out and we didn’t feel it was safe or sanitary to use. The “mini bar” in our room was a can of beer and a can of coke. No one could tell us how to use either safe in our room. The towel heater didn’t work. The wifi was basically nonexistent, it was incredibly slow. The bed was quite short, maybe this is normal for Italy. If these are things you don’t care about, it is a nice enough area that is very walkable to most of the major sites. Also the staff member who checked us in was nice and helpful.

Pontos positivos: localização, atendimento recepção, o apartamento em ótimas condições, embora o prédio seja antigo , mas trata-se dos padrões de roma e região, moderno e limpo! Pontos Negativo: café da manhã ruim..., contratei com o café da manhã em .inha estadia, porém por ser uma hospedagem de quartos , não tem estrutura nenhuma em produzir e servir refeições como um café da manhã..... pelo preço e taxa pago junto com a hospedagem, vale mais apena realizar o café da manhã fora da hospedagem... assim pode escolher o que bem desejar!!!

Fantastisk bra och centralt

Jätte bra boende, super trevlig personal, mycket service minded och hjälpsamma. Hotellet låg väldigt centralt och gångavstånd till i princip alla sevärdheter. Frukost på rummet varje morgon med det vi beställde, så trevligt. Kan varmt rekommendera detta då det känns familjärt. Kommer vi tillbaka till Rom så kommer vi absolut att bo här Monica
