Rapporto qualità prezzo Buono. Il condizionatore del caldo dovrebbe essere scrostato dalla polvere, così da renderlo anche meno rumoroso. Poi eviterei di sistemare i propri ospiti che pernottano per diverse notti vicino a quelli che per esigenze di aeroporto, arrivano e partono in qualsiasi ora della notte . Per il resto tutto ok .

Poche ore, ma molto comode

Ho soggiornato solo poche ore grazie all'enorme ritardo che aveva accumulato il mio treno e per il volo incredibilmente presto della mattina seguente, ma son state poche comodissime ore. Silebzioso, ottimo comfort e personale gentile e disponibile. La struttura è un pelo datata, ma ben mantenuta e soprattutto molto pulita.

Bella struttura e personale gentile e disponibile, buona pulizia delle camere ma pecca la manutenzione del bagno in quanto il soffione della doccia era rotto e il piatto doccia si allagava, il tubo dell’asciugacapelli era rotto, al rubinetto del lavandino era invertita l’erogazione dell’acqua calda con quella fredda e i servizi igienici sono più alti della norma, quindi risultano scomodi. Per il resto è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Appena arrivato ho dovuto pagare subito la camera,forse perché avevano paura che scappavo poi la camera che mi hanno assegnato era piccolissima il cuscino del letto era molto basso in camera non c'era un altro cuscino ho dovuto chiederlo alla reception,per la ricevuta fiscale la mattina dopoho dovuto richiederla io al portiere di colore quando stavo andando via altrimenti neanche me la facevano

We've stayed at the hotel for many years - usually about 8 times a year. It's always to a good standard and staff very friendly and helpful - it's become a home-from-home for us. Very convenient for Ciampino. We have no car in Italy so the COTRAL buses, passing frequently, are very useful to get to the airport or to Anagnina then Rome or, the other way to Albano etc. 'Top' supermarket nearby and plenty of bars in Frattocchie. Highly recommended

Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Avevamo due camere: una più piccola con qualche difetto (porta del bagno rovinata dall’acqua e rigata) e una più grande con la porta di ingresso che si chiudeva con difficoltà. È sicuramente un quattro stelle con qualche intervento di manutenzione da fare. Unico neo è stata la presenza di ospiti rumorosi che erano invitati ad un matrimonio che trae le 4 e le 4 e mezza del mattino ridevano e gridavano nel corridoio sbattendo le porte.
