Family vacation

The place was very clean and spacious for all 6 adults. The assistant was very helpful with checking in and suggestions on traveling back. We were 5 min walking distance to the Termini. Very important when you are pulling luggage. Thank you.

July 2022 Stay

Overall the stay was fine. Location is great. Less than 5 minute walk from Termini, two great restaurants right outside the front door, and within walking distance of most of the sights. Property was as listed and the I-Flat folks were great to work with. Only reason I went with four stars instead of five is the bathrooms & especially the showers were very small, and the stool in one bathroom was loose. Also for a July (temps in the 90's) stay the air conditioning was barely adequate - but it was adequate. Keeping in mind it's Rome and especially that location, we would recommend.

Cheap and very basic

Big place (2 bedrooms) and good location but would not recommend. Everything is just barely working: showers are either cold or scalding, toilet makes horror noises, it was very cold (December) and could not make it warmer, the kitchen is very very basic.

Un apartamento diez pero sin ningún mantenimiento

Una pena , que después de hacer una bonita reforma no se ocupen de mantenimiento . Una cocina diminuta, con una minúscula encimera pintada , llena de desconchones. Un baño con la mampara descolgada por lo que no se puede cerrar y se sale el agua. Y una funda de colchón, con una mancha de sangre, detalle asqueroso que se soluciona quitando el cubre colchón como minimo para lavarlo. En el anuncio dicen que hay televisión y si está pero no funciona . Durante toda mi estancia una semana se lo comunique a Lele, el propietario y a las otras dos personas que el me facilito cómo contactos y no conseguí que lo arreglaran, En fin lo dicho una pena.... Porque la ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento amplio y bonito , pero igual es mejor que se encarguen de mantenerlo y atender a los inquilinos ...
