The Space:
A welcoming studio apartment designed for up to 3 guests. The open-plan living area features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, creating a flexible space for couples or small groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and cookware for preparing meals at home, and a washing machine is available for longer stays. Air conditioning, heating, a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi complete the comfort. A dedicated laptop-friendly area makes it easy to work or plan your days. Everything is within reach in a single, easy-to-live space.
Guest Access:
The apartment is on the 6th floor of the building and is served by a working lift, so reaching the door is quick and effortless. Guests have full, independent access to the entire studio for the duration of the stay. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.
The Neighborhood:
Piazzale Flaminio is one of the most elegant gateways to central Rome. Just a short walk away you reach Piazza del Popolo with its twin churches and the panoramic Pincio terrace, while Villa Borghese and its gardens lie right at your doorstep for a green break in the city. From here Via del Corso leads straight into the heart of the shopping district, and the boutiques and cafés of the Flaminio area give the neighbourhood a relaxed, local feel. Restaurants, bars and everyday services are all within easy walking distance.
Getting Around:
The location is exceptionally well connected. Metro line A (Flaminio station), buses, trams and taxis are all within roughly 30 metres of the building. From Flaminio you can reach Termini, the Vatican and the main attractions quickly and without changes. The historic centre — Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain — is easily reached on foot. The tram and regional train links also make day trips and connections to the airports straightforward.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

Luggage storage: available at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, 9:00–17:30.
Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.
Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.
Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
