In the heart of the Trevi rione, a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain, this elegant apartment welcomes up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bright living area make it ideal for families or groups. The home offers air conditioning, full kitchen, washing machine and fast Wi-Fi, with refined interiors and beam ceilings in the master bedroom. The Trevi neighbourhood is full of cafés, boutiques and restaurants, perfect for exploring Rome on foot. Self check-in available.
The Space:
The apartment is on a single level and comfortably hosts up to 8 guests. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with wooden beam ceilings and a private en-suite bathroom, plus a second double bedroom; the living room features two sofa beds that increase the sleeping capacity. In total there are two bathrooms. The interiors have parquet floors and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, with dining table, wine glasses and a dedicated workspace. Heating, washing machine, iron and hairdryer complete the home.
Beds are prepared for the number of booked guests; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one towel set per person (body towel + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the Trevi rione, on Via degli Avignonesi, one of the most central and elegant areas of Rome, close to Via Veneto and a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and Piazza di Spagna. The neighbourhood blends refinement and liveliness, with high-end boutiques, cafés and traditional restaurants. It is an ideal base for exploring Rome's main attractions while enjoying an authentic atmosphere.
Getting Around:
Thanks to the central location, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. The nearest metro station is Barberini (Line A), a few minutes away, with quick connections to other parts of the city. Several bus stops are also within walking distance, with practical links to Termini station. The apartment is within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
From Fiumicino airport: take the Leonardo Express train to Termini, then metro or taxi; alternatively a shuttle or taxi. From Ciampino airport: shuttle to Termini or taxi.
Other Things to Note:
Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.
Cleaning: For stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings available for a fee (same rate applied at booking).
Luggage storage: Available before check-in or after check-out at our office at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Free service, availability to be confirmed in advance by contacting us.
It is possible to request in-person check-in instead of the self check-in, to be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. A surcharge applies based on the arrival time: € 15 from 18:00 to 21:00, € 25 after 21:00, € 50 after 24:00, € 100 after 2:00.
Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.
Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.
Off-platform contact: When contacting us via WhatsApp, phone or email, always include the name of the apartment and the check-in date.
Languages: We communicate in Italian, English, Spanish and French.
