Wohnung ohne Tageslicht

Grundsätzlich handelt es sich um eine schöne Wohnung. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Schlafzimmer, 2 Bädern. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel und hat eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Leider ist das Wohnzimmer (2 Fenster im Erdgeschoss zu einem Innenhof) sehr dunkel. Auf Grund von Sanierungsmaßnahmen an der Fassade lässt das davorstehende Gerüst, die halb geschlossenen und vergitterten Fensterläden praktisch kein Tageslicht hinein. Sehr schade!
