The staff are AMAZINGLY helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for easy walking to many Rome activities. The only complaints are the shower floor is VERY slippery, the elevator is very dark/small, and the breakfast is almost identical every day (some variety would be nice) although the food is good.

We were very excited about this amazing find of a hotel for our honeymoon but we were sorely disappointed. Boxes were left right outside or door, the couch had a mystery stain (blood or pizza sauce, there was loud sounds of glass clinking together at all hours during the day, the hottub didn't work and the jets had black mold on them. The hotel was ideally located next to amazing restaurants and the view was absolutely gorgeous, so I wont lie and say it was all bad, but I would not stay here again.
