Room was clean and spacious. Owners were very welcoming. Restaurants nearby. We walked to the vatican area ( 20-25 minutes). Some street noise but all in all a great location.

Room was very clean. The staff was very helpful, went to the hotel earlier than scheduled to meet us for check-in. Even arranged to keep our luggage after check out time so we can attend the Papal audience.

This property was in the perfect location for me. My favorite bar and gelateria were just down the street.😃 The metro stations were close by and there was easy access to the buses. The staff were wonderful! They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Check-in was easy. I had a wonderful stay! I will definitely book this property the next time I am in Rome.

A gem near the vatican,

This is a wonderful hotel located near the Vatican. Its staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

its a small hotel , I think it has only 5 rooms. its located in the great location close to the Vatican and public transportation. Close to an awesome fruit/meat market. Clean room, friendly host Very happy with this hotel.

Clean room and friendly host. Close to Vatican. Came to visit Vatican. It worked out very well. For Vatican visit this is a nice place to stay. There is no sign outside. It is on 1st floor (one set of stairs up).

Very nice staying in this apartment and the host was so welcoming and friendly! Room was clean and the air-conditioning worked well. The location was perfect: near the metro station, bus stops and shops.

At first, I had a little difficulty finding the location, but I was able to get in touch easily, and a gentleman kindly came to help me. Since my suitcase was quite heavy, he even assisted me with carrying it, which I truly appreciated. He explained everything in detail and was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and equipped with a coffee and tea maker, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. If I ever return to Rome, I would definitely choose this place again. Thank you very much! 🙏

Really nice and friendly service. The hotel was clean and more than enough for 5 days. The location is good if you want to take the subway or bus and is very close to the vatican. If you want to see the other side of the Tiber you have to walk for a couple of minutes but it didn't bother me. I would come again. Thanks :)

this is not a hotel, just an independent room in a b&b type place. need to open 3 locked doors to go to your room. fairly close to vatican city, but not so close to Rome central. almost ~10mins to nearest metro station. found it very hard to get taxis from the room, limited help from the b&b host.
