This place was exactly as described! Incredible location, extremely clean, with a lot of extra perks in the room, like expresso, hair dryer, and spa soap! The neighborhood is safe and plenty of dining options! I would stay here again!

We had an amazing visit to Roma and the guesthouse was beautiful. There were so many amazing restaurants around the hotel and it was truly in the heart of Rome. It permitted us to walk to the majority of sites. We would definitely stay there again and stay there as well. You truly felt the essence of Rome in this guest house.

The place was right in the heart of Rome, walking distance from the Colosseum. Room was comfortable and clean. I left a pair of earrings behind and they mailed them back to me!! Very attentive and had great communication.

Great little hotel! Very clean and close to everything! My one IMPORTANT tip: Make sure the hotel manager knows exactly when you’re getting there because he will need to let you in. (He’s not on site.) I gave our arrival time, but I didn’t follow up to make sure he knew, so he wasn’t there when we arrived. We were SO fortunate that other guests just happened to return after about 5 minutes of us pressing the button. They let us is and we were able to contact the manager via What’s App once we had WiFi indoors. I don’t know what we would have done if they didn’t come along!

It was very quaint and easily accessible. Food choices were literally a few steps away. The view of the area was gorgeous especially at night time. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.

It is not a hotel but it is an amazing place to stay. Extremely clean, 3 minutes walk from coliseum, new bathroom, sound proof windows, water machine to refill my Stanley. The place smell amazing. This place is much better than any other hotel on that price range.

The property is in a beautiful building with lots of old charm. The room was amazing and very quiet. The owner was very responsive always getting back to us within a few minutes. The location is perfect as well. Walking distance to all the major historic sites and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend Dimora ai Fori.

It was a bed and breakfast type of place. No breakfast offered but the place is clean and very accessible to everything, especially the Colosseum. Fabricio, the host, is very responsive. We were looking for a place where we can immerse with the locals — and we found the perfect spot! We will stay here again!

Excellent communications with the owner. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to most major attractions in Rome. It is tlin the city center so if absolute quiet is what you need then this is not your place. We had no issues sleeping though. We expected a bustling city atmosphere and that is what it is.
