Great location and a very friendly host. We were very impressed with the room and hotel reception and it exceeded our expectations. Lots of restaurants nearby and quite easy to get to the more touristy spots. It can be a bit noisy on a night due to street musicians but the hotel provided ear plugs.

I booked an overnight stay within 7 hours of arrival (owing to last minute changes with my flights) and my booking was handled efficiently and promptly. The room itself was very comfy and clean and in a perfect location with lots of pizzerias and eateries and walking distance to Piazza Novona, Pantheon and other attractions.

Absolutely loved our stay at Daplace - La Mongolfiera. The location was fantastic, right near the Piazza Navona and walking distance from many top sites. The staff were excellent Marzia and Shelley were so helpful, warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable, double glass windows, no sound at all from the streets, it was absolutely fantastic. We would stay here again in a heart beat!! Very impressed.

Lovely rooms but a bit more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness. Booked the room for 2 nights & was suppose to include daily room clean.we we out of our room at the 10am cutoff yet when we returned no clean towels of cleaning done. Had to go & purchase toilet paper as no one @ reception. Only saw one receptionist at check-in & nobody there @ check-out !

Wifi connection in the room was unable. Room was very run down. Laundry and equipment left all over main area all day and evening. Light fixtures falling out, sink didn’t drain, tv remote didn’t work, baseboards falling off, etc. Room was damp, even with air conditioning unit.

Marzia was a huge help and was very responsive with any questions I sent her way. The place is in a super location, next to restaurants and bars but I still got a good nights sleep as I wasn’t affected by any sounds at night. I would happily stay here again.

The room was extremely hot from the moment we received the keys and throughout our stay no solution provided by property manager the air conditioning did not work at all she offered us a refund will see if that happens. Our stay for our family was awful never experienced anything like this from any booking with Expedia in over 25 years.
