The WiFi didn’t work ! The AC didn’t work ! I wrote many times no one responded! I don’t recommend that place to no one.

No hot water

We stayed here for 5 days with a group of 6 adults, a one year old, and a 3 year old. The property is in a nice neighborhood in a good location. Upon arrival, the apartment appeared clean and spacious. Checking in was easy and simple. We arrived after a long flight and all wanted to shower. We then discovered that one of the bathrooms did not have hot water. For a group our size, we purposely booked an apartment with 3 full bathrooms so we could all shower and get ready in a timely manner. Throughout the 5 days, the other two bathrooms periodically did not have hot water as well. The showers also leaked a lot of water through the side of the wall which made the floors very slippery and unsafe. We ended up having to use half our towels to keep the floors dry. We quickly ran out of towels to shower. The bedrooms were also not equipped with enough comforters, only sheets. For 3 bedrooms, only 2 comforters were provided. We notified the owner and towels and additional blankets were provided a day or so later. The hot water issue was never fixed. We just had to shower when the hot water was working. The kitchen was sufficient. The fridge is very small. We kept all our groceries in air tight bags but the kitchen had a lot of ants going to the garbage. I would not recommend this apartment unless the owner fixes the hot water and the ant problem, and stocks the apartment with extra towels and blankets.

Met Expectations

The management was communicative and responsive during check-in. The accommodations are no frills and got the job done. The surrounding area is nice and adjacent to the Villa Borghese for quick outdoor access. The one bathrooom shower leaked excessively on to the floor so that needs to be addressed by management. The AC was a bit weak which is expected for Europe however, there are port holes on the bedroom windows for some reason (air circulation?) which let in outside heat which offset some of the AC. The main issue for us is that it is very noisy outside, partly due to the aforementioned port holes, but also the street and the restaurant directly below.
