Nice city accommodation
We had a bad start to the holiday as the airline lost one of our luggage which meant that we had to go out and get some clothes so that was a very stressful start to the holiday. However the staff during check in were very helpful with our lost luggage and gave us their personal number to give the airport when the luggage gets found which it did luckily, the hotel staff also offered some recommendations on where to go and what to do as well as a complimentary drink which helped ease our stress. The accommodation was amazing but be warned that the tram goes right outside the apartment so it could get noisy when it goes past. Overall, the accommodation was amazing, we had the Platinum room which is the double room with the bath and shower and it looked amazing.
There is a kitchen equipped with washing machine, sinks, and facilities if you feel like cooking but the hotel offers breakfast at the restaurant around the corner and I must say, the selection of breakfast was great and there are also some desserts if you have a sweet tooth in the morning.
I loved this accommodation and would definitely recommend it especially the platinum room.
