Lovely little apartment for our weekend ttip to Rome. The location is fabulous with the Colosseum at the end of the road with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The hosts communication was exceptional from start to finish and met us promptly on arrival. We were out early and didn't spend much time in the apartment as wanted to see as much of this beautiful city as possible so did not cook and ate our. We did prepare sandwiches but cannot give further reviews on cooking. This is an extremely affordable accommodation bearing in mind its location. It's quite small but we are a family of giants, husband is 6ft4 and 2 boys are 6ft6 but it served our purpose well. The only thing I would recommend is the addirion of a mirror as there is one in the bathroom and one in the shared hallway. Would be good to have abother in the apartment itself hallway and bedroom but that is a minute gripe. Overall fantastic

When in Rome

Nothing fancy but did its job. AC worked great. Communication for property was friendly. Close to Colosseum. Wished they had blankets to offer as my kids and I are ones that like a little weight while sleeping & there was only top sheets. Bathroom is small. Nice that the pull out sleeper side can be closed off from the bedrooom for little more private quarters.

The property was great for the price. We were walking distance from multiple bus stops and the Colosseum. The apartment was spacious and we would book again.

Roma! Colosseum siting

Unfortunately, our first night was not a good one, we had no air conditioned and no hot water. But no fault of the host the entire building had electrical problems; however, the host was able to correct our issues before our return to the hotel and BOY DID IT FEEL GREAT! It is a very cute place close to the Colosseum and other historical sites and make it enjoyable and worth wild.

Within short walking distance of the Colosseum!

Nice apartment, definitely cozy. Was perfect for the three of us. A little hiccup on check in, but was resolved within the hour. Great central location, we walked to most attractions. The Metro is within a ten minute walk.

Great location and everything we needed

We recently stayed at a property in Rome, just minutes from the Colosseum, and had a great experience. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore all the key attractions on foot. The apartment was very clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. Although it was on the smaller side, it worked perfectly fine for our family of four, including two kids. We never felt cramped, and the convenience of the location made up for the size. If you're looking for a clean, central spot that’s kid-friendly, this is a great option!

O anfitrião foi muito acolhedor e prestativo. Atendeu à dúvidas que surgiram mesmo após o checkin. O apartamento tinha todas as comodidades informadas. Ótima localização e é importante frisar que prédio possui elevador, raro para os prédios em Roma. O que ajuda muito na logística, principalmente com muitas malas. Recomendo.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super.Sie ist einen Katzensprung vom Kolosseum entfernt.In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Es gibt einen Aufzug, um schnell in den vierten Stock zu kommen.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

4 nuits Appartement dans un immeuble standing 4 étage avec ascenseur à qq pas du Colisée 3 adultes 1 enfant Nous n’avons pris que le petit déjeuner dedans nous avons Mange à l’extérieur ( car étroit à 4 pour manger avec le lit ouvert dans le salon ) et on a profité de Rome à fond Bus métro pas loin Giulia a l’arrivée très gentille

Notre vol a eu 4 h de retard. Quelqu'un etait là pour nous acceuillir à 3h30 du matin. 👍 Nous avons dû payer 1 supplément pour arrivée tardive (50€) mais le principal était d'avoir accès au logement. Un bémol : la climatisation : même programmée au plus bas, il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement (plus de 30°)... dur dur pour dormir. Po

La salle de bain était inondée à notre arrivée. Les rideaux des chambres sont détachés sur plus de 20cm et ne fonctionnent pas bien. Les assises des chaises sont en mauvais état.

Bad News for Many Reasons

The website is a disaster and froze up during the booking process. It was only in Italian which caused a big problem if you don’t speak the language. Could not tell if room was booked so I booked a different apartment. Later I received a confirmation and sent a cancellation. Went to VRBO security to ensure it was cancelled. They said the property was not registered with there company. Thought it was a scam company that had my personal information. The company never responded and for over 3 months they never reached out to me until I arrived in Rome. This company is either a scam or completely incompetent. They charged me for the 5 days that I cancelled months ago. My CC company reimbursed me. Do yourself a big favor, avoid a big headache and book elsewhere.

Great place, near the colesseum, and near transportation (bus/metro), walking distance to major attractions and the rest by metro or bus. Clean place, has everything that you need in the kitchen, has ministores nearby. felt really safe. The host was really nice and with direct communication. kudos!
