Helpful staff. Nice location as it was close to everything therefore easy to get around however the immediate area around the ground-floor entrance felt a bit rough as there were some loitering that made it feel less comfortable as we are two young women staying here.

It is just an ok hotel. The staff weren’t that friendly. You have to ring the bell whenever you want to get into the building, it is so annoying to be honest. Breakfast was very basic and cheap. It is very close to the central station which is good.

Staff were lovely. However, the photos aren’t what you get. The bedding had dirt on it, the toilet seat wasn’t attached, and no warm water. Don’t trust the photos as I was under a totally different impression when I had booked this to when arrived. Also homeless people camped outside of the hotel.

Close to the high speed rail, I was happy with the accommodations. I think the beds were manufactured before the colosseum was built because there were extremely uncomfortable! I dont think my air conditioner worked? I turned it on and its started blasting hot air. Maybe it wasn’t even an air conditioner…lol The area is rife with drugs and homeless. When I was leaving early to catch the train there was a lot of junkies leaned up against the door hanging out but when they saw me coming they politely got out of the way and didn’t hassle me.
I was on the rooftop floor and thoroughly enjoyed the balcony view.
