I didnt even check into this place!They supposebly arranged transportation from the airport, that never showed. It is advertised as a hotel, but is not.. it is an apartment complex in the middle of nowhere. The host message me after i wrote them via expedia messaging explaining my frustration and that i would take a taxi to the location.. upon arrival i thought i was dropped in the wrong location. Someone from.the apartment building tried to help me by cslling the number available for the "hotel" and nothing. After 1 hour of waiting and unable to get phone service. A guy showed up on a scooter claiming that he was a 3rd party sent to give me access in which i declined and expressed my frustration and asked to speak with the host. He claimed that they were "managers" that have many properties. Until this date noone has even replied to my messages. I have writing to expedia help centre to assist in a refund. It was a horrible experience for my first visit in Rome.
