The house is situated just 200 metres from the Colosseum and has been renovated with Italian designer furniture to ensure guests enjoy the best possible experience in the heart of the Eternal City.



The flat measures 85 m² and features a living room with a sofa bed, two comfortable double suites and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.



The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi, self-check-in technology and air conditioning in all rooms.



The Space:

The entire flat has been renovated with a focus on reducing its environmental impact: water-saving taps, energy-efficient lighting and recycling bins.



All rooms in the flat have new soundproof windows and doors, high-speed Wi-Fi, a LAN connection in every room, air conditioning, radiators and LED lighting.



The living room, featuring an open-plan kitchen by Scavolini, has a large sofa, illuminated by a Scandinavian floor lamp. The dining area is well lit and the table can comfortably seat six people for dinner.



The numerous light fittings in the bright living room allow different atmospheres to be created as required.




The comfortable sofa can be quickly converted into an extremely comfortable bed for two extra guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, cooker with induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer and a modern microwave.



The double bedrooms benefit from excellent natural light, as well as LED spotlights.



One of the two bedrooms offers a unique view of the famous 12th-century Basilica of San Clemente.



The second bedroom has a comfortable en-suite bathroom.



The pillows and the latest antibacterial memory foam mattresses guarantee guests the best possible rest and hygiene. Large three-door wardrobes with full-length mirrors, a desk, a luggage rack and a 43-inch Full HD smart TV complete the furnishings.



Both bathrooms are fitted with spacious showers with resin floors.



A safe and a utility room with a washing machine complete the apartment.



Guest Access:

The flat is situated on the first floor of a 17th-century building in the historic centre of the capital, within walking distance of the Colosseum (200m), the Domus Aurea (270m), the Arch of Constantine (650m) and the Imperial Forums.



The building does not have a lift.



Both the flat door and the security door at the entrance to the flat are fitted with self-check-in technology via a keypad.



The property is situated in the historic centre, but just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).



Other Things to Note:

All the main amenities, such as restaurants, supermarkets, chemists, banks and public transport, are located in the immediate vicinity of the house.



After each stay, the flat is entrusted to a professional cleaning company which implements exceptional sanitisation measures, as appropriate, to ensure the utmost safety of every guest.
