The loft is located in the heart of Rome, specifically in the Trastevere district, one of Rome’s most charming and historic neighborhoods. It’s famous for its narrow, historic streets, bars, and restaurants, but above all for being the perfect base from which to visit all of Rome’s major attractions. Everything is within walking distance, starting with: ST. PETER’S BASILICA, CASTEL SANT’ANGELO, PIAZZA NAVONA, THE TREVI FOUNTAIN, THE PANTHEON, and more. The beauty of the loft lies in its energy, its plants, and the wonderful skylight where you can see the sun during the day and the stars at night—and you can close it electronically whenever you want. The private terrace is the highlight of the apartment and allows you to enjoy a glass of wine outdoors, especially in the summer. You can also use the large terrace, but it is shared with me. The studio apartment is fully equipped, yet it retains the charm of old Rome. To reach the apartment, you’ll need to climb some stairs, so it’s not suitable for those with mobility issues; however, if you’re looking to spend a few peaceful and relaxing days, this is the perfect place.
