Surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and parks, during your stay you shall be able to experience the authentic rural italian life-style. The villa is divided into 3 independent accommodations, designed both in a stylish and comfortable manner for the pleasure of our guests. The villa also offers a welcoming garden, where you can enjoy outdoor dining or simply find a moment of relax and peace, far from the city noise and chaos. The hosts also aim for their guests to experience a family environment, helping them to discover and enjoy the natural and historical beauties of the surroundings, known as the Castelli Romani area.

The villa resides in a strategic location, only 25 km south of the eternal city of Rome, well connected by train and bus, and also 10 minutes away from the Ciampino Airport. However, its true beauty is found in its surroundings, as it is located close to the two lakes of Albano and Nemi, circled by a warm and hilly countryside and its local woods, belonging to the regional park of “Castelli Romani". From the villa it is easy to visit all the small adjacent towns of Castel Gandolfo, Genzano, Ariccia and Frascati. The area is also known for its local wines and for its special savoury dishes. From this residence you will also be able to easily reach the coastline of Lazio, including stunning beaches such as Lido dei Pini, Torre Astura, Sabaudia, Gaeta and Circeo.
