Renovated in memory of our daughter Jasmine, it is designed to make you feel at home. Carefully chosen furnishings and soothing colors create a warm, family-like atmosphere. The property is accessible, perfect for people with disabilities, and offers 24/7 assistance, free private parking, and a seasonal pool (available for an extra charge). With easy access to public transportation, it’s the perfect place to relax after a day in vibrant Rome.

Apartment Description:

Location: Located in a quiet and secure private park, within short distance to major tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation.
Accessibility: The apartment is fully equipped for disabled access. It is on a single level: ground floor entrance with park view similar to first floor.
Space: This one-bedroom apartment has been completely renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of an entrance-kitchen/living area, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a counter.
Living Area: Well-organized for cooking, dining, or working/studying, with a corner equipped with electrical and USB outlets. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, capsule coffee machine, toaster, and tableware. The living room is separated by an open partition where you can relax on a comfortable sofa and watch TV with access to all dedicated pay TV apps.
Bathroom: Equipped with WC and sink for disabled, shower with seat, bidet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. The bathroom is disability-friendly for comfort and spaciousness.
Terrace: A large terrace allows you to enjoy the tranquility and freshness of the park, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Outside, there is a rectangular table with four comfortable seats.
Comfort: The apartment offers air conditioning in both rooms, heating, and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The furnishings are carefully chosen, and the apartment is fully equipped for guests with disabilities.
Safety and Smart Access: The front door is equipped with a smart lock. Access codes are sent after booking, allowing guests to enter without keys. Inside the apartment, magnetic cards are available as replacements for keys or entry codes (magnetic cards must be left in the property at check-out).

Once you arrive at Parco Tirreno, to access through the daytime barrier or the closed nighttime gate, simply ring the reception and request entry as guests of unit 120. After driving approximately 150 meters, you can freely park in the square on the left. If arriving on foot, proceed another 50 meters to the park entrance.

Once inside the building, you will immediately find a welcoming reception where they will provide directions to apartment unit 120, known as JASMINE home and vacation apartment.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor, just past the reception. Continue straight past the bar on the left and pass through the glass door with panic handle that leads to the landing. Our unit is the first door on the right.
