Overall this place is good. The apartment is located in the Prati neighborhood. We enjoyed this because it was close enough to walk to all major attractions yet far enough away from the crowds that are now a common feature of Rome. The apartment is up 5 flights of stairs or a small elevator that can only carry two people and is old and a bit difficult to use. The electric in the apartment is very sensitive. The breaker tripped a number of times and wouldn't reset if we used the oven to cook while showering or hair dryers. Maybe we're just spoiled (haha). The place could use a repainting to spruce it up to the standard shown in the promo photos. Overall satisfied and the owner and crew were very attentive to our problems. We did learn quickly and adjusted our use appropriately.

Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Very handy to have a supermarket right across the street. Felt very safe.Would like to have had more comfortable living room furniture so there were enough seats for 4 people. Beds and showers were great!

Spacious apartment

The apartment was great. Family of four (2 x teenagers). Plenty of space, light and airy. Fourth floor with elevator. Kitchen and washing machine very handy as we had a longer stay. Air conditioning worked very well and was greatly appreciated in heatwave conditions! Good location too, we were able to walk (10-20 mins) to many places (incl. Vatican, Castel Sant Angelo, Piazza Popolo, Piazza Navona). Quieter neighbourhood, easy to get around, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a handy little supermarket on the corner.
