The Space:

Vatican Domus - the apartment comfortably hosts up to 4 guests. It has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two full bathrooms, a very convenient layout for two couples or a family. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and there is a dining area. The apartment overlooks a quiet internal courtyard, a private and peaceful space. The home offers air conditioning, heating, TV and Wi-Fi.



Beds are prepared for the number of booked guests; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one set of towels per person (body + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with a lift.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on Via Tommaso Campanella, in the Prati district, a stone's throw from the Vatican. A few minutes' walk away are St. Peter's, the Vatican Museums, Borgo and Via della Conciliazione. All around there are cafés, restaurants and shops, in an elegant and well-served area. It is an ideal base to visit the Vatican and reach the historic centre with ease.



Getting Around:

Thanks to the central location, most attractions are within walking distance. The nearest metro station is Ottaviano (Line A), a few minutes away, with quick connections to Termini and the rest of the city. Several bus stops are nearby. The area is in a ZTL: car access is limited and no parking is available on site.



From Fiumicino: Leonardo Express to Termini, then metro or taxi. From Ciampino: shuttle or taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and sanitised.



Luggage storage: we partner with Radical Storage, with storage points all over Rome. Guests get 10% off with our dedicated code.



Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
