The room was decent and clean. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't the best part of town, but it's close to the attractions. Marco was also a fantastic host, very helpful and kind! I give this b and b five stars!

A good choice for a single traveller. Host Marco was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious as was bathroom (seriously, could get three people in the shower it was so big). Breakfast was courtesy of a bar just down the road and comprised coffee and a pastry. Close to Termini so easy for transportation or just walking around though area is typical of a big station and a bit rough looking but worked for my purposes as only 10mins away from Teatro dell’Opera di Roma. Would stay again.

Nice comfortable room not far away from the stations. In the area there are several restaurants for dinner. Keep in mind that the included breakfast is just a pastry and a coffee to eat standing in a nearby bar. Read the fine print: if you arrive after 6.30 pm you will be charged 30€ for a late check-in. The manager was kind enough to waive them as my train was late and it was not my fault, but you need to know as the information is not immediately accessible on Hotels.com.

Room was adequate. Building is in a part of town very close to main train terminal which is very convenient but somewhat ‘sketchy’. I did not feel particularly vulnerable but if you are a nervous solo traveller I would avoid. Also the 9.30 am check out time is too early and I am not convinced that the €30 late night check in surcharge was clearly communicated when i booked via Expedia. However the plus was that it did have air conditioning(!) which was important on a 36 degree July day/s and overnight temperature in high 20’s
