Bright penthouse with a terrace in Trastevere

On the sixth floor, easily accessible by elevator, you’ll find a spacious, bright penthouse with completely renovated furnishings in the heart of the Trastevere neighborhood.
A magnificent terrace, 2 double bedrooms, a third bedroom that can be configured as a twin or single room, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a two-seater sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen will make your Roman vacation with friends or family unforgettable.
The space
The apartment is laid out as follows:

- Upon entering, you’ll find a hallway separating the living area from the sleeping area
- The living room features two sofas, a smart TV, and a beautiful glass table across from it where you can enjoy a meal
- Connected to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, blender, American-style coffee maker and espresso machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
- Behind the kitchen is a storage room containing the washing machine, ironing board, and iron
- The living room opens onto the terrace, which features a table with 6 chairs, a large sofa with cushions, sun loungers, a charcoal grill, and a convenient shower for hot days

Moving on to the sleeping area, we find
- a master bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink
- a second master bedroom
- a bedroom that can be set up as a double or single bed depending on your needs
- full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink

The floors are hardwood except in the bathrooms, and the terrace is made of teak

Air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are available
Guest access
When staying at our apartment, you’ll have access to the entire apartment. Upon check-in, we’ll give you the keys so you can come and go as you please during your stay.
Other things to keep in mind
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance; we’ll do our best to accommodate you. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, a surcharge of 30.00 euros will apply. Please note that on the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

- The tourist tax is included in the price you paid to Airbnb and amounts to €6.00 per night per person (children under 10 are free).

- Please follow the basic rules that everyone observes in their own home and to ensure a peaceful living environment within the apartment building: respect quiet hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM.

- Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted by me or one of my colleagues. In any case, we speak English and will be happy to explain how to use everything in the house and how to enjoy the neighborhood.

- Sheets and towels are provided.
