Serena was nice, but never saw her after check-in. Didn’t know where to leave the keys at the end. Room was nice but hot water slow in coming. Thought there was a communal rooftop terrace but on a 4th floor rooms. Elevator was quaint but claustrophobically small. Breakfast (free) at the restaurant across the street was limited-Italian (coffee, OJ and a croissant) or American ( coffee, toast, bacon and scrambled eggs) - no substitutions. Nice area, near the Spanish steps.
Getting in the front door was a challenge every time - unusually finicky lock.

Beautifully updated hotel. Great location to Spanish Steps and shopping/dining. Host wasn’t at location (didn’t know), but a quick phone call and we got the keys to the room just fine. Elevator is very tiny, but works just fine. We stayed in room 101 which didn’t have room numbers on the door so we had to guess which door it was. That was a little odd. Room is beautiful and spacious. We only stayed one night as we returned to Rome and flew out the next am. The restaurant associated with the hotel graciously made us up some take away breakfast as our flight left before the complimentary breakfast would be served - that was so kind. Would definitely consider staying here longer the next time we visit! For the price and location it’s hard to beat.

We loved having the jetted whirlpool tub and balcony patio. After long days of walking, you will appreciate the jetted tub for 2 and the large patio with loungers, table n chairs to relax in at night. We walked down the street and bought some alcohol for our room. It was a very safe and quiet area. They have a restaurant across the alley. Free breakfast is included. Nice breakfast. Cappuccino, orange juice, ham, eggs and toast! The servers were wonderful! For the price it was very well worth it! We will be back.

Great value. Incredible location. And an amazing complimentary breakfast daily. Would recommend. Only comment would be more information about check in. We had to go accross the street to the cafe to get into building. But overall, very good.

This boutique hotel is in a prime location close to most attractions and shopping. The room was very nice and had a large patio. The price was a bit high, but considering the location it is expected. Serena was very accommodating to holding our luggage until checkin and even had our room ready early! Free breakfast next door at Negresco. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, staff coverage lacking

Hotel location was excellent, we are stone throw away from Spanish steps. This meant we had the chance to be out and about in the area till late night and it was buzzing with crowds and tourist. Good restaurants around and near to metro. Room was decorated to high standard. However, when we reached at hotel there was no one to check us in. Staff is there for limited hours. Check-in starts at 3pm and staff is there only till 4pm. There was no instructions to contact the restaurant opposite who checked us in. Next day when checking out we wanted to leave our luggage but the there was no staff, cleaning lady (due to language barrier) did not understand and staff at the restaurant did not had clue. There was Bounce (storage facility) 3 mins away so we used them.

The property is super cute and grabs your attention as soon as you walk up to the big double doors. I loved the old photos on the walls. We had the room with the terrace which was absolutely gorgeous. Sitting and having a glass of wine after a busy day is a great way to unwind.
