Maybe the restaurant staff could try to maintain a more consistent service standard. I dined there twice — the first time, the side dish was served by a senior waiter instead of being brought out with the course by the first waiter. The second time, the side dish was only offered after I asked. It’s not a big issue, just wanted to mention it.

Negronis to die for and highly recommended hotel.

The staff was remarkable and most professional assembly ever seen. The restaurant was devine and super classy, also all in white table cloth. Options to eat outdoors was also a treat. The breakfast is also loaded w quality eats...just wow, cant say enough great things. The room was so comfortable and clean! This place is located near the Termini Station ...1 block away. 3 star prices for 5 star quality!!!

This hotel is lovely! Comfortable beds; wonderfully spacious!; very nice complimentary breakfast; loved the large bedroom with plenty of room for storage; great location with everything you need within a block. Very friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious space downstairs to lounge. 2 minutes from the termini - huge plus for a 6 am train.

The hotel was in a perfect spot. With walking distance to the major train station and other amenities. The staff was excellent! Friendly and professional. And the restaurant to include the staff were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel! I would absolutely stay again. The breakfast was great, rooms had great historic rustic feel. Visit the hotel across the street and go to there rooftop for a drink or dinner- you won’t regret it!
