Staff very communicative and even stayed a bit late to meet us and make sure we were able to check in without incident. Room was modern, clean, and in a great neighborhood.

The fridge is too small. For a family of four people in a hot summer, we bought a lot of bottles of water and ice cream. The mini fridge can’t hold that many stuff.

Great location, walkable to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Very prompt communication. Complimentary water and room make up service daily. No lift is a bit difficult for family heavy luggages, which appears to be a common issue for Europe travel. All in all, very impressive.
