Wow amazing stay! Location was perfect and close to many things. Shopping, food, monuments. The host was friendly and very informative! The room was stunning!! Clean and modern with the best bathroom. It was also quiet and AC worked great. Would definitely return. Thank you so much!

The only thing i had trouble with was the steps up to the room. They were slippery and unstable. But this is because the building is older- we liked the charm. Other than this, the staff was exceptional and so helpful

I am in Italy for 2 weeks with my mom and my kids, we changed 4 hotels and this one is the worst. The reception works 8:30-12:30pm, the staircases are dangerous and big and you have to carry the luggages, my luggage felt and almost killed my mom. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and a light turned on all of a sudden which scared my kids and we couldn’t back to sleep after that. I do not recommend to stay in the hotel

Best travel experience that I have had. The communication with the property was fantastic and they were more than accommodating. The location is central to everything and you are a 5 minute walk to the metro. The location is secure and the room was clean and well-done. The staff was friendly and extremely professional. This a marvelous little place with wonderful service and nice amenities. The receptionist was gracious enough to stay a few minutes due to our train being delayed and was so kind. Be aware that the road does not allow traffic so you have to walk to catch a cab ( but not too far). Also the stairs are old - ancient even and worn - use the handrail!! Charming place!
