B&B Laocoonte is in a great, safe location, very close to the Vatican, Metro station, grocery store and Catholic Church, where we went to daily Mass each day. The owners were very helpful and responsive, plus the mini refrigerator, hotpot, coffee sachets, pastries and corkscrew were pleasant surprises! We would definitely stay there again!

Staff was great and room was clean. Wifi was spotty. Room facing street was noisy, you can hear the cars/traffic and people talking outside. Close to the Vatican and metro station. Nice restaurants nearby. No breakfast but pastries and cookies provided in hallway. Rooms have free water bottles and coffee/tea.

I do not understand why this place does not have 5 stars. It was perfect for our 3 days in Rome, was close to everything and was a great retreat from the busy city while still being close to everything. Easy checkin, held our bags safely and were extra accommodating. Would stay here again every time we are back in Rome.

Really enjoyed our stay at Laocoonte. The room was very tidy and clean and we were served delicious and extensive breakfasts every morning. The hosts were really nice as well :) Accomodation is easily accessible by metro/bus, and Vatican City is a short walk away!

Just what we were looking for the trip We are out all day so we just need an accommodation that’s comfortable, nothing fancy and very close to the Vatican area especially the Museum which is a 5 minute walk. Very close also to bus routes and a 10 minute walk to the Cipro Metro subway station. Internet could be at times spotty, but overall the stay met our expectations.
