I booked this hotel because of location and the fact it was 4*. After staying for 3 nights, I’m afraid I would only give it 3*. The host was lovely, although never at the desk, day or evening. He was, however, quick to respond to the bell. The hotel itself, I would describe as tired. An influx of money and a little care would be invaluable. We had been travelling for 9 hours and when arriving would at the very least hope for a bottle of water. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere there hasn’t been a kettle or tea and coffee making facilities

The bed was very firm, hard to sleep in. People in another room had a small dog which barked a lot, waking us up during the night.

I loved this hotel. The staff were so warm, hospitable and friendly. It was very accessible to a lot of the tourist areas and main part of Rome by train and the train was less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Driving would take longer and cost more so train option is very affordable and convenient!

The bed was a little firm for me. The staff were friendly & helpful. There are dining options very close. There is a train entrance very close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect hotel, if all you’re looking for is a hotel to sleep in after you’ve explored Rome. 2 minute walk from Metro station and three stops from St Peter’s Square. Beds aren’t the comfiest, but with the amount of walking you’ll be doing, you’ll not care!!
