1 Star — Warning: Dishonest HostDo not rent from this host. After our stay, he attempted to charge us for a broken lock that we did not damage and accused us of leaving trash outside the building, which was completely false. I personally took all trash to the correct bins as instructed by the host.The 'evidence' he submitted included trash photos that cannot be tied to our unit, in fact, someone from his own building group chat commented that the trash shown was not even in front of the correct location. He also submitted a receipt dated in the future, which raises serious questions about its authenticity. He additionally submitted an Amazon order for door rollers with no date on it, which has nothing to do with a lock cylinder replacement.This host appears willing to fabricate or misrepresent evidence to collect fraudulent charges from guests. We opened a formal dispute with Vrbo. Despite Vrbo reaching out to us, their representative promised an immediate callback which never came. Both the host and Vrbo's customer service have been completely unhelpful and unresponsive.Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
