The local of this hotel is absolutely perfect - especially if you are only staying in Rome for a couple of days. It’s situated exactly in the heart of the busy shopping centre and it is so easy to get to from all the key tourist stops. The staff were so welcoming and helpful with great communication before during and after our stay. The room was very small, but beautifully decorated and the bathroom was spotless.

The room was spotless and the staff was excellent. They were very organized and attentive. Location could not be any better, the hotel was close to everything. Our only issue was there was no hot water, only lukewarm water. We were told the issue was to be repaired after our stay.

The location was very convenient and the unit was updated. It had a nice bathroom and Nespresso machine. I was not happy with the mattress. I sleep on a pillow top Beautyrest at home and found this mattress, uncomfortable and hard. I managed by a lining it with all the pillows in the room for support and then laying on top so I could sleep. Lol.

We really enjoyed staying in your hotel, room and service was perfect. If there is an improvement to be done is just to find a way to reduce the noise coming from the street. Early morning is quite noisy.
