Excellent location for our short stay in Rome. Close to so many attractions we were able to walk everywhere. Staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying in your hotel, room and service was perfect. If there is an improvement to be done is just to find a way to reduce the noise coming from the street. Early morning is quite noisy.

The hotel was very nice! Frederica was amazing and had very good recommendations and so helpful and able to answer all our first time Rome visitor questions. The bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed and clean.

It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is very nice and helpful. The are is excellent. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Honest review The best part about this place is the location! We were able to walk to all the major attractions & shopping. Never took a taxi which was great! The host was nice & helpful. But the place could use some updates! Under the AC had patchwork and the walls were damaged. No desk/dresser to put your things. The shower is small & the toilet has a sewer odor. This place is located in a building with other apart hotels/business/apartment. The entry way was not pleasant & dirty. For 2 nights it was ok but wouldn’t stay again. I was with a friend but would never stay solo. I felt catfished by the other reviews & pictures on the site.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and unfortunately, the shower drain didn’t work the entire time. We reported the issue on the first day and asked for it to be fixed, but nothing was ever done. It made our stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. Basic maintenance and responsiveness to guest requests should be a priority, but in this case, it was not.

The property was perfect, centrally located with a short walk to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and pantheon. The staff was lovely and welcoming and the room was uber comfortable.

Nice hotel, constant room key issues unresolved

Very nice hotel, room was smaller than expected. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and appears updated. Great location. The main problem we had was that our room keys didn’t work the whole time we stayed. We arrived before our room was ready so we were checked in, got our room keys and left our luggage. The desk is only staffed until 1530h. We went out and came back early evening. One key worked. We let the staff know via text and they tried to fix it remotely. We went out for an hour and came back, neither key worked. Again let the staff know. Went out for dinner and let the staff know when we would be back from dinner in case the keys didn’t work. Came back at 22:00, neither key worked nor did the pin pad on the door. Again needed to message the staff and wait for them to try and unlock our room remotely. Let them know our plans for the next day in case our keys didn’t work. In the morning went out for breakfast, when we came back at 930, keys didn’t work and no one was at the desk despite being told they’d be there at 9 (we needed to leave for the airport at 1100). Asked the maid to let us in and her key didn’t work neither did her access code (pin pad on hotel room doors). She called the missing reception staff and they were able to unlock our door remotely. No compensation was offered for this stressful inconvenience of not being able to access our room. So keep in mind no staff on site after 1530 to help with issues. Would not stay again.
