The rooms are clean and comfy, some are on the small side and it’s getting a little shabby. Location was great, handy for sites and transport. Sound proofing is an issue though. We thought someone was in our bathroom but they were in another room 😂

Staff was amazing very friendly and helpful , room was very nice and clean , would just suggest that in the shower to place a mat it was very slippery , everything else was perfect (including location ) hope to see you next year , grazie mille !!!!!

The room was extremely lean and cleaned every day. The staff were very courteous and very helpful. The location was very good for most attractions being very close to the Ponte bridge. The only down side is you have mobility problems it’s probably not for you as it’s not close to any metro stations etc. the room is small but we only used in to sleep in so wasn’t a problem. The website claims to be a B&B, but no breakfast is available. Would recommend tho hotel if you not scared to walk a bit.

Very helpful reception staff. The room had central heating but no controls within the room. No aircon. Room became very warm with some relief after opening the window. Location good as close to a number of bus stops and Tiber river.

Not a place to stay comfortably!

The room was very small with no Cool Air Conditioning. The A/C just blew hot air. The bathroom was super tiny (2 m X 1 m including lavatory, WC and Shower) with no hooks to hang towels nor any soap holder inside the shower. The shower was very small in the sense that a big person would not fit well inside. The room walls were so thin that we could hear all conversation from the rooms next to ours and I had to use earplugs to sleep!!!

The 1 star is about the good effort of the employees, but it is important to say to help future clients that the MATTRESSES are awful 😔. They are very thin that I thought I was sleeping on the floor. I was staying 6 nights and I couldn't rest properly. The employees tried to help putting something under the mattress but it didn't solve the problem. Shower pressure was really good, cleaning was very good. The room has AC only for cold weather. There is elevator. It's a shame that the only problem for me was the bed. Something basic

The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff were very friendly on arrival. Bedding was very clean. Nice street side room with big window. Bed was quite firm and thin. Only one pillow each. Difficulty sleeping as walls are very thin and room next door people were just talking and I could hear them clearly, making it difficult to sleep. It was also still quite warm and humid and though I prefer just having windows open it was just a bit too loud and couldn’t get the air conditioner to work the second night. I recommend bringing earplugs. Really good location, close to great restaurants and major sites you will want to see.
